At Jelly they gave me this brief to work on alongside one of their artists to show me what the deadlines are like and what will be expected of me. The artist who was doing the same brief as me was Jo Bird http://www.jo-bird.co.uk who has a really nice sketchy, colourful style and I was asked to do my illustration in the same sort of style. So, I'm currently doing my internship at Jelly London. Absolutely loving it, everyone has gone out of their way to help me, set me fun briefs and I'm constantly getting invaluable advice.
I finished one brief on Friday which was a quick 2 day brief for Tickler Cheese. The idea was that you only had one little crumb of Tickler left, and you had to swap it for something and eventually end up with a whole block of Tickler. The examples I was given were done by Thea Brine and had a fantasy theme. Here's what I came up with!
